Spider Veins (Learn more)

Tiny spider veins on your face, body or legs can be a source of self-esteem issues and may cause you to have to put on extra make-up, refrain from certain activities or inhibit you from wearing the clothes you want to wear. At Beach Aesthetics we strive for the very best results when treating spider veins by utilizing multiple treatment techniques, including:

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy involves injection of a sclerosant solution to collapse the walls of the targeted vein. It can be used to treat reticular veins. By closing off these veins, the blood supply to the spider veins is cut off, causing the spider veins to be safely absorbed.

External Laser

During external laser vein removal, the laser’s handpiece is used to direct energy towards the targeted spider vein. The heat from this energy collapses the walls of the vein.

VeinGogh®

During treatment with VeinGogh® (a minimally invasive option), a needle is inserted into the vein. Quick bursts of electric current are delivered through the needle to heat the vein, causing coagulation.

Varicose Veins (Learn more)

Bulging varicose veins on your legs can not only make you feel self-conscious but can cause significant symptoms, thereby affecting your daily routine. In addition, in some instances they can also pose a significant risk to your health. At Beach Aesthetics varicose veins can be easily and comfortably eliminated with a wide range of state-of-the art treatments, including:

RFA

RFA (radiofrequency ablation) features insertion of a very small catheter into the varicose vein. Radiofrequency energy is delivered through the catheter, collapsing the vein. This process addresses venous insufficiency.

EVLT

Endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) involves ultrasound-guided insertion of a laser fiber into the vein. The vein is then heated, causing eventual absorption by the body.

VenaSeal™

The VenaSeal treatment process begins similarly to RFA. After a catheter is placed into the vein, drops of glue are delivered through the catheter. This seals the vein. This is often paired with other varicose vein treatment methods.

Varithena®

During Varithena treatment, an injection of a medication called polidocanol is delivered to the varicose vein. Ultrasound guidance is used to ensure precision. This foam medication blocks blood flow to the vein.

Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy

This treatment is very similar to Varithena, in that it involves ultrasound guidance and a foam solution injection. The main difference is the type of foam medication injected into the vein.

Microphlebectomies

Once the source of a varicose vein has been effectively addressed, microphlebectomy can be performed to eliminate the vein. Very small incisions are made in the skin, and then pieces of the vein are carefully taken out. The remaining parts of the vein then clot, sealing up.
